Iron Lung is a claustrophobic sci-fi horror film directed by Markiplier (Mark Fischbach), adapted from a video game, about a convict who pilots a small, cramped submarine called the “Iron Lung” through a vast ocean of blood on a desolate moon to find evidence of life after a cosmic event called “The Quiet Rapture” wiped out stars and planets. Trapped inside the metal coffin with limited visibility, the pilot must rely on primitive tools to document anomalies, facing terrifying creatures and the crushing pressure, as the mission is essentially a suicide run.
