Backrooms is rated R. The Showhouse follows Motion Picture Association (MPA) rating recommendations for R-rated films.

Under MPA guidelines:
• Guests must be 17 or older to attend an R-rated movie alone.
• Guests under 17 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian who is 21+.
• Guests 6 and under cannot attend

While the MPA rating system is an industry standard rather than a government law, theaters may enforce policies at their discretion to help ensure an appropriate viewing environment for all guests.

For Backrooms:
We will follow standard MPA recommendations. If a parent chooses to allow a guest under 17 to attend without staying for the film, the parent or guardian must come inside to provide permission before admission.
