The story follows Hank Malone (Alan Ritchson), a former soldier turned delivery courier in Brisbane, Australia, who takes on a dangerous job transporting a healthy liver to a critically ill child. When a ruthless cartel identifies the organ as a black‑market asset, Malone teams up with fellow courier Ben Bishop (Owen Wilson) to complete the mission.

As they race against time, the job turns into a deadly manhunt. Every detour, delay, and encounter with cartel enforcers brings them closer to failure. With betrayal looming from all sides, they must survive the chase and deliver the cargo to save the girl’s life.
